It’s Friday. And I made the best Brussel Sprouts for dinner last night. It’s was another recipe from My Father’s Daughter, and it was amazing. Just a bit of olive oil, some patience, and a splash of salt and a squirt of lemon. I’m still thinking about them. Yum.
I”m ready for a weekend. We had a day of conferences. Three nights with a teething toddler. (When, oh when, will those molars come in?) And a midday weeknight sushi outing with three toddler, two outfits and six adults. What a week.
As for the weekend? I have a date. With Husband. Movie and Dinner. No cartoons. No highchairs. I can’t wait.
And next week? An announcement. Yep.
